At Automaster, we’re committed to providing a really high standard of personal customer service – our customers are more to us than just registration numbers. We want to make having your Smart Car serviced at our garage as hassle-free as we can.
Our large, modern workshop is conveniently located in Colindale, London, so we’re easy to find and to get to and we have plenty of parking and a customer waiting area with refreshments. However, if you can’t get to us, we offer a car collection service within roughly 3 miles of the workshop, and we’ll bring it back to you after the service is complete. We also have two pre-bookable courtesy cars available for your use when your Smart Car is in for its service.
At Automaster you can have your Smart Car serviced to manufacturer specifications, which will keep your Smart Car warranty safe and give you all the benefits of having it serviced at the dealership but at a fraction of the cost. If your car’s no longer in its warranty period, one of our in-house Interim, Full or Major services will cover your Smart Car servicing requirements.
As well as a modern, fully-equipped workshop which has all the tech and tools that we need to provide quality Smart Car services, we have a team of talented, experienced technicians including two dealer-trained Master Technicians, who can talk you through the different servicing options and help you to select the best option for you and your car.
When you have your Smart Car serviced at Automaster, Block Exemption regulations apply: this means that if your vehicle is still in its warranty period, we can service it according to the manufacturer’s service schedule and your warranty will remain intact. Not only that, all parts and labour are guaranteed for 12,000 miles/12 months.
